I do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products that are due to incorrect order details and/or change of mind. In case, you’ve received a faulty product, contact me, and I'm happy to help you arrange an exchange.
1. I will not be able to edit orders after processing and confirmations have been sent.
2. If you have received defective goods, please contact me within a week of delivery. Along with a description of the product defect/s, please provide images and/or videos that clearly show said defect/s. If an issue is verified, I am happy to exchange your purchase with a satisfactory replacement.
3. I'm not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please contact your carrier for further assistance.
4. Before placing any order, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. I am not be responsible for packages that are unclaimed and/or shipped to the wrong addresses due to errors upon order placement. If your package is returned due to an incorrect/invalid address, a redelivery may be arranged with corresponding fees to be determined by the carrier.
5. Before placing any order, please double-check the items in your cart to ensure that they are the correct variants of your choosing. I will not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind and/or incorrect item variants chosen upon order placement.
6. Shipment delays due to customs, import regulations, weather problems, and other unforeseen events (such as COVID-19) may occur and are out of my control.
